How to turn off auto-renewal?

You can turn it off as below:

  • By clicking on "Turn off" from the email that you will receive before debiting the payment for automatic renewal.
  • Go to our Customer portal and click there to "MY ORDERS" button. Then put your email into the form. Recieve an email with a list of your orders.

I was charged but don't know why

In most cases, you either subscribed for a 1 or 2 month license with auto-renewal enabled or purchased a license with auto-renewal enabled a year ago.

Placing such orders, client is accepting automatic renewal and provides the details of bank card that will be charged.

Please check if you plan to use the license. If yes, activation code is already on your e-mail, enjoy!

If you do not plan — please, disable auto-renewal.

Customer Support specialist will sort out the situation and will contact you within 1-2 business days by e-mail.

The activation email is not received

We can solve it.

In most cases, the keys are sent instantly upon receipt of payment. Information about this is contained on the order page.

So, 15 minutes have passed after payment and there is still no email:

It could be in the SPAM folder. Check it out, please.

  • An error was made while entering your e-mail address.
    Please, contact us at: Sales.ecom@noventiq.com with information that you are sure about — the order number or an erroneous e-mail and the correct email address that you wish to get a license letter.
    Within a few working hours the issue will be resolved.
  • You have chosen a non-online payment (bank card for ex). In this case payment may not be credited to our account immediately. If you need to get the key before the money arrive, please send a confirmation of payment to us at: Sales.ecom@noventiq.com. We will help.
  • The license does not have instant delivery. For some licenses, we need time to generate a key or transfer data to the developer. Information about this is always indicated when placing an order.
  • For some reason, the activation code was not generated correctly. Unfortunately, this is a rare thing but it happens. In this case we immediately see the information on such errors and resolve the issue within 1 business day. Why do I have auto-renewal enabled?

When placing an order, this option was enabled which is why a new renewal order was generated and you may have already received a notification.

You can manage auto-renewal on the order page. You can find the link to the order page in our payment confirmation email.

I have a problem with the payment

Refusal to pay by bank card may be caused by the following possible reasons:

  • The card has expired.
  • The maximum payment limit has been exceeded or reached.
  • The daily payment limit has been exceeded.
  • The reason for the payment error may be related to the technical capabilities of computer that you are trying to pay from.

You can try to pay with different bank card or change the payment method. To learn more about other payment methods press here. If you are unable to pay using any of these methods, please try to pay later.

You can also contact customer support for advice if you are unable to pay for your order by bank card. When contacting support team, you may be asked to provide your order number and describe the error that appeared during payment process.

I entered my email incorrectly, what should I do?

It's okay, we will find your order and send it to the correct email address.
